The Summer Carousel is an annual race series that offers several races throughout the summer months. The last race before the summer break had high participation, with 204 finishing the 5 km and 74 completing the double distance. The fastest of all was Abel Deresu Dufera with a time of 17:01, while the women's category was won by Rebekka Birkeland at 18:20.
